I am located at 1300 West Belmont in Lakeview.  There is metered parking on the street and the office is easily accessible by public transportation. The Belmont stop on the Red, Brown and Purple lines is just 5 blocks away. The building is open until 5pm Monday through Friday, and during after hours you will be given a code to enter the building.
